Grand Cayman Island Diving

A friend of Harbour Heights, Jack, sends another friend and longtime visitor to Harbour Heights (Jean) all these great photos when he is in Cayman throughout the winter. He is quite the diver, and quite the photographer! These are taken all over Cayman but mostly right off of 7 Mile Beach and the North Wall. It was quite a season for seeing Eagle Rays Jack told us – and you can see for yourself: he got some great shots. Those of us “up north” LOVE getting these photos several times a week, and when you put them all together, they are really quite a great collection! Thanks Jack!

Grand Cayman snorkeling and diving is the best in the Caribbean for the beginner or experienced diver. West Bay wall has numerous dive sites, such as Orange Canyon, Trinity Caves, or Aquarium Reef. There is even a dive reef at Harbour Heights, or you can snorkel directly from our beach at a shallow depth. You will see groupers, snappers, Queen & French Angel fish, lobsters, green sea turtles, and more!

Seven Mile Beach is not the only place to dive or snorkel on Grand Cayman. Sting Ray City is accessible by dive boats moored just minutes away from Harbour Heights. The “tame” stingrays will amuse and amaze you or you can just watch them from a boat! Cemetery Reef is a popular snorkel site just a short distance away.
