# 02 - Ground Floor Condo

2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman

We had another great visit to Grand Cayman this year!

Harbour Heights is an older complex but we never noticed its age as our condo #2 had been completely modernized throughout. We are already planning our return for next year.

We have stayed in unit #2 several times and i have never stayed closer to the beach. We also tried the 2 new gourmet restaurants across the street…..Mykonos and Marios.

This was our third visit to Harbour Heights and to unit #2. You are literally a stones throw away from the private beach. There is something very special about waking up in the morning, making a coffee and walking a handful of steps to a lounge chair and listening to the waves gently breaking on the beach. The unit was well equipped before I believe all of the furnishings were updated. The beds and couch are very comfortable. I can’t think of anything that this unit is missing. It has it all. We would make breakfast and lunch at the unit and go out for dinners. I would rather not disturb my kids having fun by asking them to get ready to go to lunch. Having an in unit washer and dryer is fantastic. We end up packing 1/2 of what we would normally take on a vacation so no checked baggage. The property is very well located with restaurants and corner stores a short walk away. We have already started thinking about our next trip to Grand Cayman and to unit #2. Book this if you get a chance. You won’t be disappointed.

We couldn’t be happier with Unit #2. We are actually going back again this summer and staying in the same unit. My wife and I have twin 8 year old daughters and they loved having their own room to themselves. Knowing that there is a washer/dryer inside the unit, allowed us to travel a bit lighter because we can do a wash or two while we are there. Being a ground floor unit right on the beach is perfect. Just a handful of steps and you are sitting in a lawn chair enjoying the view. The unit is in fantastic shape and comes with everything you need. It’s so nice being able to get up in the morning and make coffee, breakfast and then hit the beach. Mid-day, it’s so easy to pop into the unit and make a quick bite and then head back to the beach. If you rent a car, the designated parking spot is steps away from the front door. We can’t wait to go back this summer.

We stayed at Harbour Heights in unit #2. The complex, the grounds and the unit itself were great! We loved the unit, perfect location by the beach. Being on the ground floor you could walk out the patio doors and take 10 steps to the sand. The unit was decorated very nicely and had everything you needed. The Manager was accommodating an informational. We loved being on the “quiet” end of seven mile beach. We also enjoyed the large pool. It was a perfect vacation. We will be back to Cayman and Harbour Heights #2!

My stay at Condo #2 at Harbour Heights was fabulous! The condo was modern and newly upgraded. It was also really nice to have a washer and dryer in the Condo. We will be coming back next year!
