  • 3 day deposit or 30% of total vacation (whichever is greater),

  • Refundable with 60 day prior notice
  • Holiday deposit: 50% at booking
  • 6% gratiuity charged in lieu of tipping housekeepers

  • Each additional person $25

Hurricane Policy:

If there is a hurricane, and your party has not arrived, a full refund of deposit is returned.  If you have arrived, and there is a hurricane and you must evacuate, our guests pay only for the nights they have stayed at Harbour Heights. 

Note:  Hurricane season runs from the beginning of June to the end of November.
