Harbor Heights was great. Our 4th trip and we’re booked for next year!!

Yet another fabulous stay at Harbour Heights. This place is fantastic.

Another great stay at Harbour Heights! This was our second stay there! This place has a beautiful calm spot right on 7 mile beach. They have great staff from the cleaning crew, the security crew to the office crew. Everyone was courteous, helpful and professional! The beautiful pool and the clear ocean there are both great places to relax. These condos have been there since maybe the 80’s, many have been updated. Since it’s a smaller condominium, the beach and ocean out front have plenty of room for all the guests.

The condo was very clean and very comfortable. The grounds were lovely, the pool was relaxing (including pool noodles!), and the beach was excellent. We were away from the crowds, yet within walking distance to some restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend this place. Our condo had a beautiful view. Being able to walk to restaurants and activities just down the beach makes it so that you don't even need to rent a car. Having a private beach is nice too. The security guards were very nice and welcoming, specifically Everton and Gopal.

We stayed in unit 31 and had a fantastic time. It was bright And spacious. The location (aside from the Construction next that we knew about) was fantastic. Easy Walk to both the Westin and the Kimpton. There was one day where there were about 1000 people directly next to us on the beach from a cruise ship, but the security guard made sure that nobody was wandering onto the private part of our beach and we did not hide. Even went over to the stalls and got some local food, which was great. The pool was warm and very nice. The beach was great with both natural shade and umbrellas and pavilion. At least when we were there at the end of March, beginning of April, there were very few people so we never had to worry about getting a shady spot. The management company is on site during the day and they’re very friendly and helpful.. we could get fresh towels anytime that we wanted from the towel person during the day and had a mid week clean that was very helpful. The master bedroom mattress and the large mattress in the second bedroom are both very comfortable, but the twin mattress was pretty terrible. Luckily there was a trundle bed underneath with a better mattress so we just use that one for our daughter.. We will definitely be back to this complex again given the reasonable cost for a fantastic location

This is a great place to stay on Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman. I stayed in apartment 37 during spring break 2025. The property features lovely green spaces and a community pool, with easy and direct access to a private beach. The wash station and restroom are excellent amenities for beachgoers. Each condo has a porch that offers wonderful ocean views. I've stayed here on both visits to the Cayman Islands, and I've enjoyed my experience each time. The condo was clean and had a remodeled kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities, allowing me to cook several meals during my stay. It’s also conveniently located near restaurants, public beaches, and various attractions. The towel service was a nice touch and was very efficient.

Stayed at Harbour Heights condo #2: very nice unit recently remodeled two bedroom, one with king and small ensuite with walk in shower and another with king and single bed with adjacent full bathroom. Great location with view from ground floor lanai. Very well equipped kitchen. Two boogie boards in closet, pool floats both in unit and at pool house. As with every beach resort I have experienced, despite the posted rules, every day of the week the same people would plant their towels at 7:30 on four chairs under the tree with the best shade and view that was closest to our lanai, then leave until late morning. The good news was that there were plenty of other options, so it wasn’t productive to stress over this. Staff was delightful. Actually the beach space was great compared to just about anywhere. So glad we were not at the Ritz, where beach chairs covered the beach ten deep. Security guard on premises 24/7. Though we were advised officially to lock doors, staff indicated there was no risk leaving unit unlocked. Cleaned midway in week stay, which was plenty. Specific parking spot for our unit. Very convenient location approximately mid-position in walkable part of Seven Mile Beach. Nowhere was the beach/water crowded at all. This is the best tropical beach we have ever visited. Also visited the island multiple times in 1980’s. We did not use the very nice pool at all because sea was so beautiful. Water in pool was very warm...and clean. Somewhat beat-up ping pong equipment available in screened-in pool house, but I was not able to convince our daughter to leave the beach to play with me.
