Harbour Heights Property Rules & Guidelines

To help everyone enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay, we kindly ask all guests to follow these guidelines:

Pool & Beach Safety First

  • No glass containers are permitted on the pool deck, in the pool area, and on the beach. This is strictly enforced due to safety reasons with bare feet.
  • Children under 14 must be actively supervised by an adult at all times.
  • No inflatables are permitted in the pool.
  • No jumping off the pool deck and ladders.

Respect for Shared Spaces

  • Running, jumping, and loud or disruptive behavior are not permitted in common areas.
  • No sporting activities are permitted on the common grass areas.

No Smoking

  • Harbour Heights has a strict no smoking policy, and smoking of any kind is prohibited in the rooms as well as on patios and balconies. The credit card on file will be charged an additional cleaning fee for any violations.

Noise & Atmosphere

  • Kindly keep music and noise levels low to maintain the tranquil environment for all guests during the day.
  • Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. and are strictly enforced by security. Please note that some residents/owners work in the morning! Please be respectful of late-night noise.

Pool & Beach Etiquette

  • Reserving chairs with towels or personal items is not allowed.
  • Personal belongings left unattended for more than 2 hours may be removed by security and held at the office.

Patio & Balcony Use

  • Please do not hang towels or clothing over patios, balcony railings, beach umbrellas, or cabanas.
  • Please do not throw items off the balconies.

Group Size & Gatherings

  • Groups larger than 10 people must check in with Management.
  • All gatherings or functions require prior approval from Management for coordination which is ordinarily approved.

General Courtesy

  • Please be mindful of fellow guests and help us preserve the peaceful, resort-style atmosphere that makes Harbour Heights special.
