Renter must be 21 years old to Reserve and Check-in.
Office Hours
Business hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm. Saturdays 9am-12pm. Sundays office is Closed.
Alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at competitive prices in the office during normal operating business hours.
The on-site laundry facilities are located next door to the Harbour Heights office. Tokens may be purchased from the office during normal business hours.
Check-In / Checkout
Upon receipt of your deposit payment, your Reservation Confirmation will be emailed to you. Enclosed will be the office address with directions from the airport. Guests will be given keys in person.
Check-In is between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m (unless guest has an evening arrival; special check-in will be made available).
Check-Out is no later than 11:00 a.m. Renter and Renter’s entire party must vacate the property and return the keys to the office no later than 11:00 a.m. Exceptions may be requested.
Deposits & Payments
Your deposit will be applied toward the total charge of your vacation stay.
Final payment is due prior to arrival.
Condos
All condos are privately owned and equipped for basic vacation needs. Beach towels are provided. Soaps and paper products are made available, no charge, for all guests. You may need to purchase additional supplies.
Telephones are provided. Local calls are free.
Maintenance problems in the condo will be handled in a timely and professional manner. Please be sure to contact the office to let us know if anything needs repair.
Maximum Occupancy
Each property has a maximum occupancy. Take note of the maximum number of guests allowed in the homes and condos before making your reservation.
Harbour Heights Community Areas
The property, beach, pool and other amenities at Harbour Heights are for the sole and exclusive use of current HH owners and renters. Harbour Heights reserves the right to limit or exclude the use of the property, beach, pool and other amenities by individuals who are not current owners or current renters of property at Harbour Heights. Guests are expected to refrain from loud music and parties in community areas. Management will require that those not in compliance leave the premises.
No Smoking
All condos are Non-Smoking! No exceptions.
Cleaning
Maid service is provided. Housekeepers will perform general cleaning (no dishes or laundry). Renter agrees to care for the property as if it were their own. You will find our housekeepers to be exceptionally nice.
Additional Provisions
Harbour Heights Management may enter the premises at any time in the event of emergency, but will use its best efforts to give 24-hour notice for normal maintenance or any inspections.
Cancellations & Refunds
Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee will be given if cancellation is made 30 days prior to rental period during the low/summer season, 60 days during our high/winter season, and 90 days during holiday season.
If there is a hurricane, and your party has not arrived, a full refund of deposit is returned. If you have arrived, and there is a hurricane and you must evacuate, our guests pay only for the nights they have stayed at Harbour Heights.
Note: Hurricane season runs from the beginning of June to the end of November.
Any cancellation must be sent via email and acknowledgement received.
Harbour Heights is not responsible for events beyond our control, e.g. inclement weather, maintenance issues.
Damage
Any damages assessed by the manager will be charged to your credit card along with the rental charges. Renter hereby authorizes Harbour Heights to charge the credit card for the cost of repairs, replacement, services, telephone charges or extra cleaning for all damage, breakage and/or loss incurred during his/her stay. In the event of damage to the premises, its equipment, furniture, or carpeting, Renter shall be responsible for damage costs including collection costs and attorney’s fees. Documentation detailing damages and charges will be provided to the guest.
Disclaimer
The Renter agrees that Harbour Heights shall not be liable to Renter, Renter’s guests, invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the rental premises. Renter shall hold Harbour Heights harmless and indemnified from and against all loss or damage occasioned by use, misuses or abuse of any part of or fixture on the premises, surrounding areas and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of the Renter, his/her guests or invitees. The Renter acknowledges that our staff, acting solely in the capacity of Agent for the property owner, assumes no liability there under.
