Housekeeping
Yes, guests receive one complimentary midweek housekeeping service for every 7 nights booked. Additional service can be provided upon request at an additional charge. Please be sure to submit requests a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Housekeeping service is not available on Sundays or on major statutory holidays booked.
Our housekeepers replenish complimentary items as needed, and beach towels can be exchanged on a one-for-one basis. Linens are changed once a week, and for any extra linens, towels, or blankets, please contact the Front Desk. If you have a preferred time for service, please let the Front Desk know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Dishwashing is not part of our standard housekeeping service. If you would like to arrange for this service, please contact the Front Desk at (345) 945-4295.
For your convenience, a laundry facility for guests is located onsite, next door to the Front Desk, and open 24 hours for your personal use. While there is no charge to use the laundry facilities, please be conscious of others that wish to wash and do not leave clothes in the washer or dryer for an extended period. Water is precious, help us conserve it as much as possible.

Yes, Harbour Heights provides plenty of shade along Seven Mile Beach with four beach huts and several umbrellas positioned over our beach chairs and loungers. Guests are welcome to adjust seating for comfort, though items may not be reserved. To ensure fair access for everyone, we kindly ask that personal belongings be taken with you if you plan to be away for more than an hour. All beach seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes, Harbour Heights offers a generous number of loungers throughout both the pool and beach areas for guest use. For safety and property care, we ask that chairs remain on the grounds and not be placed in the ocean. Loungers left unattended for more than 30 minutes may be cleared by our team, with towels and personal items taken to the Front Desk so seating remains available to all guests.

In case of fire, sound the alarm by activating the fire alarm at the nearest pull station. Each pull station is located on the wall outside each ground floor apartment, and there are also pull stations located on every other porch on the pool side on the ground floor units.
Telephone the fire department (911), evacuate the building, and proceed to the parking lot area just inside the entrance to the complex. The manager will check to ensure that all persons are out of the building. Then, wait for further instructions before re-entering the building.
Pool
The swimming pool is open for guests to enjoy from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Please be mindful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum during our quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Our pool rules are as follows:
- Pool is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- Lifeguard is not on duty. Children under the age of 14 must always be supervised by an adult.
- Diving is not permitted.
- No glass or animals permitted within 50 feet of the swimming pool.
- Shower before entering the swimming pool.
- No food or beverages allowed in the pool or on pool wet deck.
- There is to be no loud music within the pool or beach areas. Headphone use by the pool and on the beach is greatly appreciated.
We appreciate your cooperation with these rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.

Our address is: 1453 West Bay Road, Grand Cayman. We are located just 15 minutes from the airport on Grand Cayman and about three miles from the centre of George Town, the capital. To leave the airport, take a taxi or a rental car. As you leave the airport, you will see signs to Seven Mile Beach. Follow the signs and you’ll discover Harbour Heights on the left side of the road, where we’re close to major grocery stores, duty-free shopping, restaurants, and water sports.
