Yes, Harbour Heights has a laundry facility for guests to use. Tokens and laundry soap can be purchased at our front office for a small fee. Dryers can be used at no charge. Select units also come equipped with in-suite washers and dryers.

Hand soap, paper products and cleaning supplies are provided for all of guests of Harbour Heights. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion and other toiletries are not provided. We encourage you to bring your favorites from home or explore the many options available at nearby grocery stores.

Yes, every condo at Harbour Heights has a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee maker. Please note that coffee makers may vary from unit to unit. Filters are occasionally left in the condos by other guests, but coffee and coffee filters are not provided by Harbour Heights. A great selection is available at nearby grocery stores.

Yes, guests enjoy complimentary use of our ice machine which is located in our pool house.

Yes, you will find beach towels in every one of our units upon arrival. Our 2 bedroom units come with 4 beach towels, and 4 bedroom units come with 8 beach towels. Beach towels may be exchanged during office hours 6 days a week.

Harbour Heights is situated on one of the best stretches of Seven Mile Beach. We are blessed with over 400′ of beautiful white sand overlooking the sparkling Caribbean Sea. Since we are located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, we have not faced any issues with erosion. Harbour Heights is a low-density property so there’s plenty of space for our guests to spread out and enjoy.

Our check-in time is at 3 p.m., and check-out is scheduled for 11 a.m.

Yes, Harbour Heights is a family friendly property, and we have a limited number of cribs, pack ‘n plays and highchairs which can be provided free of charge. If you are travelling with an infant, please be sure to submit your request in advance so items can be placed in your unit prior to your arrival.

Yes, guests receive one complimentary midweek housekeeping service for every 7 nights booked. Additional service can be provided upon request at an additional charge. Please be sure to submit requests a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Housekeeping service is not available on Sundays or on major statutory holidays.s booked. Our address is: 1453 West Bay Road, Grand Cayman. We are located just 15 minutes from the airport on Grand Cayman and about three miles from the center of George Town, the capital. Take a taxi or rent a car. As you leave the airport, you will see signs to 7 Mile Beach. Just follow the signs and you will discover Harbour Heights on the left side of the road. We are close to a major grocery store, duty-free shopping, restaurants and water sports.

The Cayman Islands are just 500 miles due south of Miami, Florida. There are numerous airlines that fly to Cayman: American, Delta, Cayman Airways, Southwest, Air Canada, West Jet, British Airways and many more. Traveling to Grand Cayman Island for a vacation is easy! There are connections from anywhere in the USA. Non-stop flights departing New York, Newark, Charlotte, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Miami will get you to Harbour Heights and Seven Mile Beach by early afternoon!

Yes, guests of Harbour Heights enjoy one complimentary parking space if booking a 2 bedroom unit, and two complimentary parking spaces if booking a 4 bedroom unit. Please note that parking spaces are numbered, so please be sure to park in your assigned spot.

Harbour Heights is a smoke free property and smoking is not permitted in any of the units, patios, balconies, around the pool, or in any other common areas.

The Harbour Heights quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. We appreciate noise being kept to a minimum to ensure an enjoyable stay for all of our guests and residents.

The swimming pool is 4 feet deep at the shallow end and 8 feet at the deep end.

The swimming pool is open for guests to enjoy from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Please be mindful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum during our quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Our pool rules are as follows:

• Pool is open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm daily.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
• Lifeguard is not on duty. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Diving is not permitted.
• No glass or animals permitted within 50 feet of the swimming pool.
• Shower before entering the swimming pool.
• No food or beverages allowed in the pool or on pool wet deck.
• There is to be no loud music within the pool or beach areas. Headphone use by the pool and on the beach is greatly appreciated.

Yes, Harbour Heights has a limited number of rollaway beds that can be provided upon request. Please note that not all units can accommodate rollaway beds, so please be sure to check in advance if your party requires an additional bed.

Yes, every unit at Harbour Heights has a dedicated high-speed internet connection. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in every unit, as well as around our pool deck. Every unit also has cable TV and a dedicated phone with free local calling.
