Each of our condos is fully furnished and delightfully finished. Every 2nd story condo has a lovely terrace with a view. Ground floor units have patios. All our units overlook our gardens and the blue Caribbean Sea and are just steps from Seven Mile Beach. Harbour Heights vacation rentals are on 400’ of flawless beach. Terms & Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars and do not include 13% government tax or 6% service fee.
• 50% Deposit due at time of booking to confirm reservations.
• Final payment is due 90 days in advance for Holiday bookings, 60 days in advance for Winter/Spring bookings, and 30 days in advance for Summer/Fall bookings.
• Penalty Period begins 90 days before Holiday bookings, 60 days before Winter/Spring bookings, and 30 days before Summer/Fall bookings.
• Cancellation fee of 4% of the deposit charged for cancellations received before the Penalty Period.
• Full total will be charged for reservations cancelled within the Penalty Period.
• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage that may occur in their rental unit during their stay.
• Minimum 7 night stay for the Holiday period. Minimum 5 night stay for all other dates.
• Returning guests receive a 5% discount.
• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• Pets are not permitted.
• One complimentary midweek housekeeping service is provided with every 7 nights booked. Housekeeping is not available on Sundays or holidays.
• Free Wi-Fi/Internet Access – Cable TV & Phone – Heated Swimming Pool – Pool Cabana with Table Tennis and Guest Library – Lush Gardens.

Condo Occupancy Policies

• Maximum occupancy varies between the units. Please view our condos page for details on how many guests each unit can accommodate.
• 2 Bedroom Condo & Townhouse rates include up to 4 guests.
• 4 Bedroom Townhouse rates include up to 8 guests.
• Extra person fee of US$30 per person, per night plus tax and service fee will be added for any additional guests over age 6.
• Children ages 6 and under may be added at no additional charge.
• If extra persons are added to a reservation, the applicable fees will be added for the duration of the reservation.
• Please note that infants count towards a unit’s maximum occupancy.

Hurricane Policy

• If a formal hurricane warning is issued for your travel dates and your party has not yet arrived, your deposit will be refunded in full.
• If there is a hurricane evacuation during your stay, you will only be charged for the nights stayed at Harbour Heights. A refund will be issued for any unused nights.
• Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30.
