Offering one of the deepest and widest stretches of sand, it’s the perfect place to soak up the sun and enjoy the tranquil waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Thanks to the natural, self-replenishing process of ocean currents, wave action, and coastal ecosystems (coral reefs and seagrass beds), our shoreline thrives with its stunning, sand-filled landscape—without the need for sea walls. This harmonious system keeps the beach’s sand levels balanced and its beauty intact.

Seven Mile Beach’s Iconic Sunsets

Facing northwest, Seven Mile Beach is renowned for its iconic sunsets. From spots like Harbour Heights, the sun dips below the horizon, painting the sky in vibrant oranges, pinks, and purples. With its optimal viewpoint and uninterrupted horizon, the beach offers unobstructed views of the sun setting into the sea. The calm waters reflect these vibrant hues, while the region’s clear skies and consistent weather conditions ensure that each sunset is as spectacular as the last.

Relax on our comfortable sun loungers, with umbrellas and side tables, or enjoy our beach huts and the natural canopies of Casuarina Pines and Coconut Palms. Take a dip in the heated beachfront pool, and make use of the Pool House with an ice machine, washrooms, free Wi-Fi, ping pong, and a small library. Free beach towels are provided, with a towel exchange station nearby, plus showers and foot rinses to stay refreshed.
